'Inhumane' conditions for Ballymun Travellers with no electricity or hot water

ESB has cut the electricity to Saint Margaret's Park in Ballymun - and now that Dublin City Council has removed its generator, Travellers at the site feel they have been left to fend for themselves in conditions one resident called "inhumane"
