Gas is $10 a gallon at a Big Sur station. The owner explains why his prices can't go higher

<p>Gorda by the Sea, a mini-mart and gas station in a remote hamlet in Big Sur is charging $9.99 a gallon for gasoline, but its owner says he's not trying to price gouge drivers. Gas prices are increasing so quickly, he said, it might actually put him out of business.</p>
