Pakistan suicide bombing: Blast near Afghan border claims eight lives, including security officers

A suicide bomber killed eight people and injured five in an explosion at a checkpoint near Mir Ali, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. This follows a similar attack in Dera Ismail Khan, both incidents highlighting the increased terrorism since the Taliban's resurgence in Afghanistan.
