Minnesota AG names and shames couple who he says have lined their garden with RAT POISON to stop dogs urinating there
The lawsuit requests that the couple be fined $7,500 for each day they allegedly violated the law by leaving rat poison on their lawn. At least one dog ate the poison, the complaint said.
