Pakistan has sought an additional 10 billion yuan ($1.4 billion) loan from China as it has exhausted its current 30 billion yuan ($4.3 billion) trade facility. Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb requested an increase in the limits under the currency swap agreement, which would bring the total facility to about $5.
