There is a daily battle that goes on in our home where everything runs fairly smoothly (well most of the time, anyway) up until we have to put our shoes on and leave the house. At this point – as I’m sure many of you will be able to guess – we hit a bit of a brick wall. ‘Listening ears’ are nowhere to be found.
