More than 132 killed in Colombia after powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake

A magnitude-7.4 earthquake has shaken parts of Colombia and Ecuador, with reports of significant damage in some areas.
The death toll has risen to 132 and 570 people have been injured, according to the latest update from the Colombian Association of Capital Cities.
It follows two major quakes in Venezuela in late June which killed more than 5,000 people.
