A man is wanted following a "racially aggravated" incident in an Essex town. Essex Police are looking to speak to the man pictured after the incident in February this year.
A spokesman for the force said: "We want to speak to this man in connection with a racially aggravated offence in Brentwood. It happened in Warley Hill on 6 February. If you recognise the man please get in touch.
"If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us. Please quote the crime reference number 42/17912/25.
