'We've heard the feedback': TasWater rethinks big sewerage bill increases

Some Tasmanian businesses and sports clubs will get a reprieve and refund as TasWater announces it will change the way it calculates fixed sewerage costs. One business was hit with a 500 per cent bill increase.
